Kickoff Deposit
To start any search, we require a $500 deposit per staff position. This amount is fully applied toward your Success Fee once you make a hire. The deposit is non-refundable once the search begins.

Every placement comes with our 6-Month Perfect-Hire Guarantee. If the candidate doesn’t meet performance expectations within six months, we’ll restart the search and find a replacement at no additional Success Fee.
