Kickoff Deposit
To start any search, we require a $500 deposit per staff position. This amount is fully applied toward your Success Fee once you make a hire. The deposit is non-refundable once the search begins.
Success Fee (One-Time Placement Fee)
You only pay when you hire. Our Success Fee is based on the employee’s first-year salary and the complexity of the role.
